THE FOUNDER 

Rosalyn is Delashcious CEO and a trusted licensed esthetician who graduated from the International School of Esthetics & Cosmetology Christine Valmy. Certified in eyelash extensions, eyebrow waxing, and henna. Rosalyn is very passionate about aesthetics, beauty, and health, she is dedicated to enhancing her client's appearance without compromising the natural look.

We’re committed to making each Delashcious customer loyal to the brand by providing a memorable experience through great prices, great products, and great customer service.

OUR POLICIES

Delashcious focuses on giving you the highest quality. If you believe that the item(s) or services you purchased fell short on that expectation, feel free to contact us via e-mail or Instagram and we’ll be happy to meet your expectations and make you feel satisfied.

LATE POLICY:

We do our best to accommodate everyone. Of course, life happens. If you are running late please call. We want to be able to provide the desired service in its entirety. We will try our hardest to accommodate the services scheduled, however, after 15 minutes your appointment is subject to change depending on the technician's discretion. After 20 minutes, you will be charged as a "No Show" and be responsible for paying 100% of the booked service.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel or reschedule 24 hours before the appointment with no fee. After 24 hours it’s 50% of the service that you booked. On the same day or last minute we will charge 50% of the service booked.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Delashcious takes pride and patience in the art that we create to make sure you leave feeling better about yourself both inside and out. To maintain the quality standards we only do refill work on lashes that are ours. However, we will gladly remove the current set you have and give you the beautiful full set you’ve been looking for.

To keep our services consistent and timely for everyone and make sure your session has been successfully booked we require a non-refundable $25-100 deposit (depending on the service requested.)
